Specializing in minimally invasive surgery to the brain and spine, Dr. David Poulad is considered an expert in technology for neurosurgical approaches and his name has been featured in several publications. His clinical interests are in cervical disk replacement surgery, minimally invasive spine surgery, cervical and lumbar fusion, spinal cord stimulation surgery, and neuro-oncology for the surgical treatment of brain and spinal cord tumors, radiosurgery, and pituitary surgery.
Adam Lipson, MD, FAANS, FACS
Dr. Adam Lipson specializes in conditions affecting the brain and spine and offers years of experience in diagnosing and treating brain tumors and pituitary tumors. Through his years of practice, he has pioneered minimally invasive techniques for a variety of brain and spine surgeries.
Ciro G. Randazzo, MD, MPH, FAANS
Specializing in open neurological surgery and neuroendovascular treatments, Dr. Ciro Randazzo’s research has been published in a variety of publications, including the world-renowned journal Stroke. Anil Nair, MD, FAANS
Dr. Anil Nair specializes in neurovascular and endovascular neurosurgery. Having participated in several research projects and numerous presentations within his specialties, Dr. Nair has had more than ten publications and has published abstracts on topics in his areas of expertise.
Arun Rajaram, MD, FAAOS
An orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery, Dr. Arun Rajaram uses the most advanced techniques available to surgeons. Skilled in the field of orthopedics, during his fellowship at the Baylor College of Medicine at the Texas Medical Center, Dr. Rajaram served as assistant team physician for multiple professional sports teams.
Anthony P. De Marco, Psy.D., ABPP-CN
Dr. De Marco is a board certified neuropsychologist with IGEA Brain, Spine & Orthopedics who obtained his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Yeshiva University, Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology. He completed his predoctoral internship at the Coatesville VA Medical Center and then went on to complete a 2-year postdoctoral fellowship in Neuropsychology at the University of Virginia (UVa) where he served as Chief Fellow. Dr. De Marco stayed on the faculty at UVa from 2012 to 2016 before returning to New Jersey and is board certified in Clinical Neuropsychology through the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP)
Dr. Rachid Assina, MD
Dr. Assina specializes in Complex and Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery with a special interest in the treatment of spinal tumors and scoliosis. Dr. Assina’s practice approach centers on a comprehensive integrated approach to the development and implementation of a plan of care for the full range of spine conditions. He provides state-of-the-art treatment, restoring back health and enabling patients to lead full lives.
Dr. Vinoo Thomas, MD
Dr. Vinoo Thomas practices interventional pain management at IGEA’s Union and Paramus offices. He joins IGEA after 12 years practicing in New York City with Upper East Side Pain Management. Dr. Thomas is a graduate of SUNY Upstate Medical University.
Dr. Mingi Choi, M.D. FAAPMR
Dr. Mingi Choi practices Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and a Fellow of American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Choi has been recognized by Castle Connolly as a Top Doctor in the NY Metropolitan area.
